Te Anna’s heartfelt compassion and commitment to each person she serves, specifically caring for their unique needs – mind, body and soul. She specializes in joining people in their stories, nurturing a safe, warm atmosphere for authenticity, grace and healing. She also specializes in treating anxiety, depression, issues of trauma and grief through Emotionally Focused therapy, CBT, and creative arts therapies like art and drama therapy. She is currently training in integrative medicine and equine therapy; and enjoys counseling couples with her husband who is also a psychotherapist and pastor. They enjoy their large family and serving the needs of the community as a family.

Te Anna has a huge heart for the inner-city and thrives in multicultural communities. She has served families in diverse communities for over 15 years in counseling, ministry, dream interpretation and fitness and nutrition classes. She has been called a “Facilitator of hope and encouragement”.

She graduated from Kent State University in Public Relations with a minor in Spanish, while also earning her Masters of Arts in Counseling from Covenant Seminary. She has worked in corporate industries in Public Relations as well as various ministry positions which have both helped her to realize her giftedness and calling for serving families in the area of mental health and overall wellness.

Elle Ballard was born in Kazakhstan and has been living in US since 2002.

Elle completed her MBA in Marketing and built a successful marketing career. She left the corporate world to pursue her true passion of impacting and supporting women with their brand and authenticity.

Elle is a founder of Women of the World Network, Best-selling Author, John Maxwell Team Leadership Trainer and Speaker, Entrepreneur, and a mother. Jeanice Cummings is an Engaging Speaker, published Poetress, Trauma Informed Trainer and certified Life Coach.
She holds a MA in Holistic Health, a BA in Psychology and has a Paralegal Degree.
She specializes in working with women who have left their abusive relationships. Clients go through a recycling process where they let go of their old behaviors so they can create new ones.
She is the author of “Splashes Through Life,” a collection of poems that are a chronicle of her early life while growing up in a rural town in Oklahoma. It also speaks of her life experiences through her work in community services as a Social Worker.

Squadron Leader Toolika Rani is a multifaceted personality who has exhibited exemplary courage, determination and grit to prove her mark in several challenging fields. She has served in Indian Air Force for ten years and as Outdoor Training Instructor in Air Force Academy has trained hundreds of future officers in military training.

 With 23 mountaineering and trekking expeditions in India, Nepal, Bhutan, Iran, Africa and Russia, she is the first woman from the state of Uttar Pradesh to climb Mt. Everest and first Indian woman to climb Asia’s highest volcano Mt. Damavand in Iran.

 A phenomenal speaker, she has delivered over 105 talks and interviews in India, USA, UK, Bulgaria and Italy on forums such as TEDx, Toastmasters, Rotary International, FICCI, ITC Infotech, Radio and TV channels.
